I specialise in weddings created from a blank canvas - particularly tented weddings or dry hire venues, where the entire event needs to be built, structured and brought to life. From bringing together suppliers and overseeing complex logistics to anticipating the smallest details, I’m there to ensure every element works seamlessly and that the day comes together, exactly as you have planned.
Don’t get me wrong - I can get unnecessarily excited over a nice napkin, some stunning stationary and all of your personal little touches, which make your day yours. But, I know from experience, that what your guests (and you!) will actually remember far beyond the day itself, was how it made them feel. Beyond beautiful styling, the most memorable celebrations, are created as a result of an extraordinary amount of thought behind the scenes. My role is to become a trusted presence throughout the process and on the day; someone who understands your plans, knows what matters to you and can make confident decisions when they’re needed.
You should be able to experience your wedding as your guests do, completely present and free to enjoy it.
Rachael is the antithesis to wedding chaos. I couldn’t recommend her coordination services more. She was in regular contact with us prior to the wedding, making suggestions of things we hadn’t thought of and getting to know our plans.
What really sets Rachael apart is her instinct for the little things. After we’d spent a long time taking photographs, she suggested gently pushing dinner back by 30 minutes so that we could stay outside a little longer and enjoy the sunshine with our guests. It was such a small decision, but it meant we could properly savour those moments with the people we had brought together and it was exactly the kind of move that made the whole day feel effortless.
